Our Comfort Specialists do not determine at random what items are scheduled and serviced on a periodic maintenance, but follow maintenance schedules by Chills Air Conditioning according to manufacturer specification and recommendation. Customers shouldn't request a Comfort Specialist perform repairs and equipment troubleshooting function within the maintenance schedule. He will, at your request, perform other repairs and equipment troubleshooting at the special service discount rates offered to you as a Preferred Maintenance Agreement Customer. Service Agreement Customers obtain a special twenty percent (20%) discount from our Standard Flat Rate Pricing Schedule on all repairs during office hours as well as discount pricing on all new equipment and accessory sales.
Our administrative offices and service department are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Service Agreement Customers obtain a special twenty percent (20%) discount from our Premium Flat Rate Pricing within our business hours.
